Frank BAUCHE is a renowned martial arts instructor offering Taikiken, Karate, Iai-do, and I Liq Chuan classes. With over 45 years of experience, he combines martial arts teaching with systemic coaching and structural integration. Learn from a true expert!


Frank started to learn Karate and IAI Do in 1975 in Hannover. 

Later in 1991 he learned Taikiken during his 8 years in Japan from Iwama sensei, who is a first generation student of Kenichi Sawai and member of the first Meiji jingu group.

His relentless pursuit of excellence led him to Japan in 1991, where he spent eight transformative years training under the esteemed Iwama Sensei. Iwama Sensei, a first-generation student of the legendary Kenichi Sawai and a pivotal member of the first Meiji Jingu group, played a crucial role in honing Frank’s skills in Taikiken. Before departing Japan, Frank was honored with the grade of Renshi, a testament to his dedication and prowess.


Beyond his technical mastery, Frank is celebrated as a first-class expert in both Karate and I Chuan, boasting extensive practical teaching experience. His approach seamlessly blends martial arts instruction with systemic coaching principles and structural integration techniques, fostering not only physical prowess but also mental and emotional growth in his students. In a bold career move in 2009, Frank transitioned from a successful two-decade-long management career to establish an institute in Munich dedicated to martial arts and management training. This venture not only underscores his commitment to education but also his passion for empowering others through disciplined practice and strategic thinking. Additionally, Frank holds the coveted license to train I Liq Chuan in Germany, further cementing his status as a leading authority in the martial arts community.
